- Order Submission: Orders need to be placed by 9 am for the order date to be considered a production day.
- In-Store Pickup Information: The final day for in-store pickups before Christmas is Friday, December 22 at 4 pm. Our store is located at 382 Canarctic Drive, Toronto, Ontario, M3J 2V3. Please note that our store will be closed on December 23 and 24.
- Shipping Estimates: Shipping dates are based on the latest information from Canada Post and are subject to change based on their operations. We have no control over these adjustments. For more detailed information, please refer to Canada Post's Holiday Sending Guidelines.
- Recommendation for Timely Delivery: To mitigate any potential delays, we recommend allowing additional days for delivery beyond the estimated shipping time.
- Shipping Rates and Checkout: Shipping rates are automatically determined based on the weight, destination, and the chosen shipping service of your order. The final shipping rate will be provided at the time of checkout.
- Order Tracking: All shipping methods are trackable via your Pikto account.
- Custom Product Orders: Please be aware that orders for Custom Products, particularly those uploaded via our FTP pages, may require an extended turnaround time. This is due to the necessary review of files by our Press team when submitted outside of our online editor. The turnaround time commences upon approval of the files by our production team and the completion of payment. Please be aware that additional requests or notes pertaining to the order may result in extended turnaround times.
