- Orders must be placed by 9am for the day you place your order to count as a production day.
- Files submitted through our FTP pages (Custom Products) will see a longer turnaround time as files submitted externally from our online editor must be reviewed by our Press team. Turnaround time begins when the files have been approved by a production team member and payment for the order is fulfilled. Orders with additional requests or notes placed with the order or via email will see a longer turnaround time.
- Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on weight, destination, and selected shipping service. The exact rate you will be charged is displayed upon checkout.
- All shipping methods can be tracked from within your Pikto account (except same day GTA courier).
