How to Upload

Once your production files are print-ready, send the zipped folder to our secure server below (web only):

https://piktoconnect.com
user: aperture
password: pap20

Once your project has been reviewed (1-2 business days), we will send you a link to complete the selection of options and process your order.

Please specify the product you are ordering in the instructions box when uploading. You can follow this format: 8.5” x 11” Landscape Layflat Hardcover book, image wrap, matte cover, 50 pages, semi-matte paper. You will need to enter this information again when placing your order—please ensure it matches exactly. You will receive an email confirmation that contains this information.

If your file is required for an event such as a presentation, party, or anniversary in less than 10 business days from the date of submission, we strongly recommend exporting your files as JPGs and using our online editor for the fastest turnaround.

If your due date is more than 10 business days away, please indicate it in the instructions box when uploading your files as well.

Please note: Failure to follow any of the specifications above will result in your files being rejected and will add at least one business day to your timeline. We do not offer rush processing for FTP photo book orders. The standard timeline is 1–2 business days for review (of a correct file), and 5–6 business days for production.
