Project Failed to Save

Sometimes our website automatically signs you out if it's been a while since your last login. It does this even if you've been editing a project online during this period. If this happens you will get the message “project failed to save” when trying to save or order your project.

Please follow these steps to correct this issue:


- leave your project open in one tab/window

- open a new tab/window with

- if you do not appear to be signed in, sign in 

- return to your project tab/window

- try saving again


This should allow you to save your project. However sometimes the error message continues to show as you try to save, even if the save has been successful. Please check the MY PROJECTS section of your Pikto ACCOUNT page to see if your project has in fact saved. If not please refer to the “LOST PROJECTS” article.
