Not Happy With My Order, What Now?

If you receive an order that is damaged, defective, or contains printing errors, please contact our support team at support@pikto.com. To expedite your request, include your name, account email address, and order number, along with a brief description of the issue.

Please attach clear photographs illustrating the defect to your email. For all defective items, we require the return of the original order before a reprint can be initiated. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for these cases.

For returns involving non-defective or unwanted items, a return shipping label will be provided; however, please note that the cost of shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
