We recommend that you save your work as you are designing your photobooks/albums. We suggest not waiting until the very end of your design process to save your work. Technology can fail us and we all know the feeling of lost work after spending hours creating something wonderful.
We suggest you design your books a few pages at a time, hit the “Save” button on the top of the page, name your project and go back into your “My Projects” folder and click “Continue Editing”. We suggest you do this multiple times while building your creations.
If your projects does not save in our editing software, there is no way for us to retrieve the information for you. Unfortunately, you will have to start designing your project again.
