What's the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been placed online and you have received your order number, your order will go into production after 9 am the following business day. You will see an estimated date on the website when your order will be completed. Once your order is completed, you will receive an email confirmation. If shipping was selected for your order, you will also receive your tracking number in the confirmation email.

Please do not reach out to support to check the status of your order. Customers can check the status of their orders in their Pikto account, under Orders.
