We are moving our production to Burlington, ON. As such, our showroom in North York will be closing, and we will no longer offer in-store pickup after July 31, 2026. The last pickup option when checking out with your order will be July 24, 2026
If you have an older order that has not yet been picked-up, you are welcome to either come collect it during our business hours, or contact our customer service team to coordinate shipping.
Complimentary in-store pickup is available for select items and can be chosen during checkout. Please note that as of June 20, 2026, this service applies exclusively to photo books, photo albums, photo prints, and stationery products.
Important Note regarding Mixed Orders: If your order contains a mix of eligible pickup items (books, prints, etc.) and decor items (Wall Displays or Keepsakes), the pickup option will not appear at checkout. The entire order will be processed for delivery and shipped to you in two separate packages.
Pickup Requirements & Details:
Eligibility: To enable the in-store pickup option at checkout, your cart must contain only eligible products, and you must enter an Ontario address in the shipping fields.
Location: 382 Canarctic Drive, Toronto, ON M3J 2V3.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (excluding holidays). No appointment is necessary.
