Can I place an order? 

Yes, our website is currently fully functional to receive orders and production continues.  

What is the turnaround time?

Our production turnaround times are currently normal for most products. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and the shipping method. Keep in mind that it is possible that the estimated delivery dates may change after placing an order and before the order is completed and shipped. We are constantly monitoring events and directives by the Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments and we will make changes to production as soon as it is necessary. 

Is the shipping time affected?

Canada Post has indicated that their service times are impacted by COVID-19 and a large increase in volume, so the estimated delivery times shown have been adjusted to reflect the extra time that Canada Post estimates it will take to process the shipments.  Keep in mind that while these will generally be accurate, but could take longer in some cases. 

Can I call/email to get assistance?
