FAQs about orders and COVID-19

Can I place an order? 

Yes, our website is currently fully functional to receive orders and production continues.  

What is the turnaround time?

Some of our turnaround times are being affected. The estimated delivery time is shown on the product page and the shipping method. Keep in mind that it is possible that the estimated delivery dates may change after placing an order and before the order is completed and shipped. We are constantly monitoring events and directives by the Federal, Provincial and Municipal governments and we will make changes to production as soon as it is necessary. 

Is the shipping time affected?

Canada Post has indicated that their service times may be impacted by COVID-19, so while the estimated date of arrival is according to their posted service times, these may be longer during this period.

Can I call/email to get assistance?

Our customer service and design teams working from home will continue to provide phone, email and chat support during our normal business hours during this period. Please contact us, we will be happy to help you with your projects!
